Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made from PeacefulPath Legacy ("PeacefulPath Legacy," "we," "us," or "our"), including educational programs, digital products, consultations, and mentorship. The terms below are a reasonable starting point and should be finalized to match your actual offers and pricing before you rely on them.

Digital Products and Programs

Because our courses, ebooks, templates, and program materials are digital and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded. Where a refund is offered, it will be described at the point of purchase.

  • If a satisfaction window is offered for a specific program, you may request a refund within that stated window, provided you have not completed or downloaded a substantial portion of the materials.
  • Bundles and discounted purchases may be subject to different terms, which will be noted at checkout.

Consultations and Mentorship

Consulting and mentorship services reserve dedicated time and preparation. The following terms apply unless different terms are stated for a specific engagement:

  • You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the session's start time to receive a reschedule or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session, or missed sessions, are generally non-refundable.
  • For multi-session or ongoing engagements, fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable, and future sessions may be credited or refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion.

Cancellation Windows and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or payment plan, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund amounts already billed for the current period unless otherwise stated. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel a service, email us at support@peacefulpathlegacy.com with your name, the email used for the purchase, the product or service, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Promotional, discounted, or "final sale" items may be non-refundable, as noted at purchase.
  • Refunds may be declined where we identify abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund activity or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
